David Tate was trained at the Home Inspection Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, and received a Business Management Degree from Covenant College. He also mentored under Wayne Bice, founder of Discovery Home Report (est. 2002). Wayne has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as over 13 years in the inspection business.

We offer a limited 90 day warranty with your inspection. We want to be sure you are satisfied with our inspection after purchasing your home.

Our goal is to report on the condition of the house, and indicate potential repairs and expenses. Ultimately, it is your decision as to whether or not you purchase the house. The home inspection is very important, but it is only one piece of the puzzle. We strive to help you know all of the factors at play when going to purchase the house.

You will receive a detailed and written inspection report. It would be unfair to ask you to remember all of the things I cover during a home inspection. The report includes a summary of the condition of the home and details on all the major systems of the home. It is delivered within 36 hours after the inspection.
